How do I return an item?

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE. All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.

Return Policy

Edelbrock Parts are not eligible for return. All sales are final. Refused deliveries will be charged any freight/handling fees incurred and a 50% restocking fee. Select Edelbrock Parts are covered by a manufacturer warranty for product defects. The warranty information is explained on the manufacturers website at www.edelbrock.com/automotive/misc/warranty. All other parts are racing/competition parts and are not covered by any warranty and are sold 'as is'.

Cancellation Policy
Orders that are canceled after being charged and processed will be subject a to 15% cancellation fee, no exceptions. Orders that are scheduled to ship cannot be canceled. Order cancellations must be done in writing through either email or fax using the contact information on the website or email receipt.

Order Changes
Order changes must occur before they are scheduled to ship. If you order the wrong part and it has already been processed and shipped, then the order cannot be changed or canceled.

International Shipping
International orders will be charged for shipping. The shipping/freight charges DO NOT include any associated destination charges such as customs brokerage, duty, or taxes. Those expenses cannot be calculated and collected from you prior to shipment. They are calculated during customs clearance and collected from you upon delivery. You agree to accept responsibility for those fees and taxes and agree to pay them promptly.

  • THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR READING ALL INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS PRIOR TO INSTALLATION.
  • CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PROPER INSTALLATION. IF THE CUSTOMER FEELS THAT THEY CANNOT INSTALL THE PARTS CORRECTLY, PER THE INSTRUCTIONS, THEN PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION SHOULD BE PERFORMED.
  • ALL TECHNICAL SUPPORT INQUIRIES NEED TO BE DIRECTED TO EDELBROCK TECHNICAL SUPPORT.
  • THE MANUFACTURER, RECOMMENDS THAT ALL INSTALLATIONS TAKE PLACE DURING THEIR TECHNICAL SUPPORT HOURS OF OPERATION:

IN THE EVENT THAT THE BUYER DOES NOT AGREE WITH THIS AGREEMENT: THE BUYER MUST NOT COMPLETE THE ORDER. SINCE THE BUYER MUST AGREE TO THESE TERMS AT THE TIME OF SALE, THE BUYER CANNOT RETURN THE ITEM FOR A REFUND.

THE COMPLETION OF THE ORDER FOR THESE PRODUCTS INDICATES THAT THE BUYER HAS READ AND UNDERSTANDS THIS AGREEMENT AND ACCEPTS ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
